20 Friars Road

20 Friars Road is a five-bedroom house, each bedroom comes equipped with a bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers for clothes storage. Two of the bedrooms are also furnished with a sofa, which is great for entertaining guests. A good-sized living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, mirror and TV stand. The kitchen is modern and fitted with an oven and hob and large fridge-freezer. Extra cold-storage and laundry facilities can be found in a separate outside building. Finally, there are two bathrooms, with one containing a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Another great feature of this property is its great location, based within walking distance of the main University campus, walks by the sea and Bangor High Street.
