A very big welcome to the Varcity Living blog. This is the blog and news page for Varcity Living Limited, a student and residential lettings agent focused on providing a superior rental experience for all our tenants.
At Varcity, we have worked hard since 2005 to provide a rental experience that far surpasses what can be found elsewhere in Bangor. We value focusing on our customers and ensuring the rental experience our tenants have with us is a positive one. To do so we create and maintain modern homes which feature a range of benefits; from all bills included packages to multiple en-suites that make co-living easier.
Our rental property portfolio extends to both student and residential tenants and we understand that, for many of these tenants, this will be their first time renting a property. It may also be the first time they’ve lived away from home, their first foray into North Wales and the first time they’ve been in Bangor.
What you can find in this blog
We as a team like to inform and educate our tenants on the many facets of renting, in order to make their rental experience one that is easy and stress-free. The Varcity Living blog will aim to provide information that will aid in this endeavour, such as breakdowns of how to approach renting.
In this blog we will also aim to introduce you to Bangor and the local North Wales area with inspiration on what to do, where to go and how you can embrace the city and its environs.
We will also let you in on our tips and tricks on such things as how to work with a budget, – essential if you’re a student! – as well as interior inspo and news relevant to Varcity Living and your knowledge of our business.
