General Overview

Each studio at Ty Glyn is equipped with a full double bed, fitted study area, fully fitted kitchen and eating area, private en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage. All studios are serviced with high speed 30mb unlimited internet and there is also a great social lounge to meet up with friends, play pool, table football or simply chill out on the big sofas and watch TV. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the rent to make it easy for you to budget.

 

Outside the building there is secure parking for 15 vehicles (available at an additional cost), ample bike storage and a grassy lawn if you’re in the mood for lounging in the sun. For that extra piece of mind there is CCTV coverage throughout along with a secure key fob door entry system. As well as on site laundry facilities there is also a staffed reception desk to take care of any day to day problems you may have.

 

The Neon studio is a self-contained studio situated on the ground, 1st and 2nd floor with views over the High Street and Maes y Dref. The room sizes are 15-16m2. Double occupancy is accepted for an additional cost of £25 per week.

These studios are located on the High Street, just a few minutes walk away from some of the University Buildings and from the local shops, pubs and clubs.

How to Secure a Property

1. Book a viewing; use the contact us section and give us details of the  property you wish to view.

2. You will need to provide details of a UK Guarantor.

3. You will need to pay a security deposit and tenancy admin fee.

4. Finally, you must sign a legally binding tenancy agreement.

 

We welcome any overseas students to let a Varcity Property but the process is slightly different. Please contact us personally in order to arrange the details of your contract.
