In order to secure a Varcity property, follow the simple four step procedure below:

2. If the property suits your needs & budget, you then provide us with a few details for us to get your Tenancy Agreement created, and pay a £100 holding fee (to take it off the market for 7 days). This £100 holding fee is part of your refundable deposit.
3. Visit the office within 7 days to pay the remainder of your deposit.
4. The final step is signing your contract. Congratulations! Your accomodation is secure!
