How to Secure a Room

In order to secure a Varcity property, follow the simple four step procedure below: 

  1. 1. Book a viewing; use the contact us section and give us details of the property you wish to view. 

2. You will need to provide details of a UK Guarantor.

3. You will need to pay a security deposit and tenancy admin fee.

4. Finally, you must sign a legally binding tenancy agreement.
