Guarantors

Any student choosing to pay in instalments will need a UK Guarantor.

What exactly is a Guarantor?

A Guarantor is someone who undertakes the responsibility of paying the rent for a property, should the student be unable to pay it themselves. The Guarantor will be required to sign the tenancy contract, making a legal obligation to ensure the rent is paid. If you are a Guarantor, you will legally take the responsibility of paying the rent for a property, should the tenant be unable to pay it themselves.

Do not hesitate to contact Varcity if you have any questions about being a guarantor or if you are eligible to be one.
